📋 Summary: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the service was not used. No questions asked.
1. Subscription Model
DM Pulse operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription is billed at the start of each billing cycle and grants access to the features of your chosen plan for that month.
Plans are available at the following monthly rates (INR, inclusive of taxes):
- Lite — ₹49/month
- Starter — ₹99/month
- Growth — ₹199/month
- Pro — ₹299/month
- Scale — ₹399/month
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the DM Pulse dashboard or by contacting us at support@dmpulse.in.
- Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Lite plan
- Your rules, settings, and data are retained for 30 days after downgrade
- You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation
3. Refund Policy
Eligible for refund:
- Requests made within 7 days of the initial payment
- The service was not actively used (no automated replies sent during the period)
- Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service
Not eligible for refund:
- Requests made after 7 days of payment
- Partial month usage (we do not prorate refunds)
- Renewals — please cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
- Accounts suspended for policy violations
- Change of mind after active usage
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@dmpulse.in with:
- Your registered Instagram username
- Payment reference number (from Razorpay)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
